necessary and would be of benefit.

What we ask from you:

Keep your appointment, or let us know as soon as possible if you can't make it.

If you feel unhappy with the doctor or our service, then it is quite sensible and in order to see another doctor, but please tell us that you have done this for a reason and not just because the appointment time suited you better.

If you move your residence, please inform the reception staff of your new address. If this is not possible, ring or email our office with your new address.
